1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the FAST LINKS website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
2. Products and Services
FAST LINKS provides industrial consumables, adhesives, sealants, lubricants, cleaners, hardware, tools, and PPE products. All products are genuine and sourced from authorized distributors.
3. Pricing and Payment
- All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice
- Payment terms will be agreed upon at the time of order
- Bulk order discounts may be available upon request
4. Orders and Delivery
- Orders are subject to availability
- Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
- Risk of loss passes to buyer upon delivery
- Buyer is responsible for inspecting goods upon receipt
5. Returns and Refunds
Returns may be accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused products in original packaging. Refunds will be processed after inspection of returned goods. Special order items may not be eligible for return.
6. Warranty
All products come with manufacturer's warranty where applicable.FAST LINKS does not provide additional warranties beyond the manufacturer's warranty.
7. Limitation of Liability
FAST LINKS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of products or services.
